Day 24 - Snow Witch (Remastered?)

So I actually managed to wake up today not feeling like a bag of potatoes for once, so I had a tonnn of time to play around with effects and styles with this character.

Snow Witch was another one of my better designs in October, so I was really surprised to realize that I completely forgot about her for two years. I experimented a bit with Photoshop effects to get the shading on the snow. It looks a little weird, but it's all for science I guess.
